About this server

2006 Revival overview

Ashmarch runs a 317 revision cache from mid-2006. The interface, NPC models, animations, map data and combat mechanics are authentic to that era, and combat uses the pre-EoC triangle. Content is not limited to the 2006 era. The server implements later encounters including God Wars Dungeon with all four generals, Zulrah, Cerberus, the Corporeal Beast, Demonic Gorillas, the Revenant Caves, Wintertodt and the Blast Furnace. These sit alongside 2006-era content such as Barrows, the Fight Caves, the King Black Dragon, the Kalphite Queen and the Chaos Elemental. Progression uses a Task System in place of the original quest list. Drops use independent per-entry rolls, so each table entry is rolled separately rather than a single roll for the table. A Trading Post provides a player marketplace. Twenty-one skills are tracked on hiscores. Bank tabs, bank search and shift-click dropping are implemented. Experience is 5x on Regular and all Ironman modes. Lucky mode uses 3x experience in exchange for a 5 percent global drop-rate boost. Five game modes are available: Regular, Ironman, Hardcore Ironman, Ultimate Ironman and Lucky. The server is free to play and does not sell in-game power.
