Alora RSPS Starter Guide: First Steps and Progression

Choose the Alora game mode first

Alora ties experience rates, trading, banking, death rules, and progression restrictions to the selected game mode. Normal runs at 40x combat and skilling experience, dropping to 15x after level 99. Classic runs at 8x. Realism runs at 2x and uses a separate Realism-only economy.

Ironman cannot trade other players and must obtain its own items. Hardcore Ironman follows Ironman restrictions and becomes a regular Ironman after an unsafe death. Choose the restriction set you want before investing time in the account.

Secure the account and learn home

Use a password created only for Alora, then enable the account security options before building wealth. The official FAQ links directly to Alora security and two-factor authentication instructions.

Learn the guide NPC, shops, teleports, Trading Post, training access, and bank at home. That orientation gives every later guide a useful starting point and prevents wasted purchases.

Build money while progressing the account

Alora beginners earn through voting rewards, daily rewards, skilling, Slayer, and PvM. Slayer is the strongest default because it trains combat while producing caskets, ensouled heads, supplies, and saleable drops.

The Trading Post determines the live value of tradeable items. Use completed trades and active listings rather than prices copied from an older forum post. Keep supplies that unlock the next Slayer or bossing tier.

• ✓Keep food, potions, runes, and upgrade materials.

Move from Slayer into PvM

Build Prayer, one combat style, and a repeatable supply setup through Slayer. Then choose an entry-level boss from the Monster Guides section and learn it until each trip is consistently profitable.

Raids come after movement, switches, prayers, and supplies are comfortable. One dependable boss setup advances an account faster than repeatedly failing content designed for stronger gear.

Use the correct client and guide category

Alora provides official iOS and Android clients. Mobile does not provide full desktop RuneLite plugin support; it implements selected mobile-friendly features instead.

The official forum organizes guides into Skills, Quests, Minigames, Monsters, Miscellaneous, Forum, and Technical categories. The separate archive contains outdated guides, so active categories take priority.
