Fate RSPS Starter Guide: Sigils, Perks and Progression

Fate starts with a sigil and preset setup that controls the early progression route. Slayer is the safest first money path; Revenant Imps are the faster Wilderness path for players willing to risk replaceable gear.

Claim the starter sigil and create a preset

Claim the starter sigil before training. Ninja Sigil is the safest first choice for a PvM account. Save a combat preset with food, potions, ammunition or runes, and a teleport.

Use `::presets` to manage loadouts. The essential commands are `::home`, `::wiki`, `::vote`, `::discord`, `::presets`, `::drops`, and `::commands`.

Choose Slayer or Revenant Imps

Slayer is the safest first money method. It provides combat levels, points, drop-table knowledge, and steady cash. Take a Slayer Contract that matches a task the account can kill quickly for extra rewards.

Revenant Imps provide faster early Wilderness money. Use cheap gear, carry a teleport, bank every valuable drop, and never take the main bank into the Wilderness.

Charge and specialize sigils

Supported unattuned sigils consume 10,000 Blood Money to gain six hours of charge. Sigils specialize the setup for damage, defence, sustain, skilling, or Wilderness activity.

Use defensive effects while learning bosses and damage effects after the encounter is stable. Valuable sigils remain at risk in unsafe Wilderness content unless protected by active item-protection rules.

Attach permanent perks to the right pet

Summon a supported pet, buy a perk for that pet, upgrade the perk, then enable it in the Pet Perk Manager. Perks cover damage, defence, automatic pickup, Slayer, PK points, special-energy restoration, and other utilities.

Build one activity-specific pet. Damage and Auto Grab fit farming; Tank and Damage Reduction fit boss learning; PK-point effects belong on Wilderness setups.

Treat every Wilderness route as unsafe

Fate Wilderness content includes revenants, hot zones, Capture the Flag, chest spawns, Blood Money, killstreaks, and private boss caves. Private Calvarion, Spindel, and Callisto caves are unsafe deaths.

Completing a Krystilia Wilderness Slayer assignment inside the Wilderness awards a Larran's Key. Finishing it inside the active hot zone doubles the Blood Money task reward.
